Oscar

  • Male

  • Approx 5 months old

  • Great with kids

  • Great with other cats

This little boy has had the worst start in life, abandoned by a river like he was a piece of worthless garbage!

He has came into foster and proved them wrong! He is worth so much and hasn’t let the bad treatment from humans stunt his confidence or change his big character at all.

He is full of character - he is vocal, cuddly, mischievous, playful and absolutely adorable! He is a large character in a small package, he seems to have the “I am a lion” syndrome lol.  He is very confident, gets along with any human! He demands attention with his great big roars (let’s not tell him it’s a cute meow). He dominates your lap and roars at any other kitties that try to perch there too. He definitely lets you know what he wants and when he wants it.

His initial reaction to any strange cats is to scream (roar) at them until they back down or back away, he very quickly realises they are friends and snuggles up to sleep with them if they allow it. He has the loudest purr you have ever heard and loves a snuggle close to your face so he can give you head bops and touch your face with his paw.

Absolutely adorably cute.

He drags the fishing rod toys around following you until you give in to demands to play with him. He sits at the cupboard where he knows those yummy treats are and “roars” until he gets what he wants. Chicken dinner? Beware!! He dives your plate for that chicken.

He is not a fan of fish flavoured foods or being left in a closed room.

Oscar is a hoot to have around and manages to make you smile everyday with his love and antics.

Whoever gets to adopt this little boy is going to be one very lucky family.

He is:

  • Neutered

  • Microchipped

  • Treated to prevent fleas and worms
