Bruce and Kain

(UPDATED 20/6/26)

  • Two males

  • Bruce is estimated to be around 3 years old.

  • Kain is estimated to be around 18 months - 2 years old.

  • (Ages are an estimate, cats are often aged by their teeth but with calici cats it is more difficult as their teeth are impacted first.)

  • Both would be very happy together in a forever home

  • Older sensible children 8+

  • These cats came from a calici positive household so they are strictly to be kept indoors only and they can't be rehomed with other cats. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions regarding this. Thanks.

They are both lovely friendly cats who love attention and being around people. They love nothing more than lying on your knee or on a blanket next to you on an evening.

Both would be very happy together in a forever home where they can get lots more love and attention and will be an absolute pleasure to have around.

Bruce (black coat)

Bruce is the more confident of the two. He loves to play and will roll onto his back for a tummy rub whenever he sees you. He also loves his food and will happily finish Kain’s meal if given the chance. Bruce had his back teeth removed, but his front teeth were fine.

Bruce is an adorable boy who absolutely loves attention. He’ll flop to the floor at any opportunity for a belly scratch! He is great with new people and older children and enjoys playing, especially with balls. In fact, he carries them around in his mouth so they don’t get lost. His favourite toy is a red ball with holes in it—it has to be red! He’s the best little dribbler. He also enjoys playing with a stick toy that has a fluffy attachment on the end.

Bruce loves his food and is very particular about it—it has to be Whiskas. After finishing his own meal, he’ll often go looking for any leftovers on Kain’s plate too.

Bruce loves being picked up and cuddled, and his affectionate, confident nature makes him a wonderful companion.

Kain (tabby coat)

Kain is 2 years old. He is a bit more timid and shy at first, but he still loves coming in for strokes and head scratches. He’s very inquisitive and likes to know what’s going on. He loves Cat TV— in fact, any TV! He’s desperate to catch those birds, and he also loves sitting at the living room window watching the neighbours or anything else happening outside. He’s very nosy!

Although Kain can be a little shy when he first meets new people, once he trusts you, he becomes the most talkative, sociable, and affectionate boy. He follows you around, waits for you, and makes such a lovely little companion. He’s much more interested in following people around and having a chat than playing with toys, although he does enjoy people- and bird-watching from the window. He prefers chicken and fish to cat food, so those make his favourite treats.

Kain is still nervous about being picked up, although he loves to lie on your knee and watch films, particularly ones with horses in—specifically old westerns!

He has a lovely nature and would love a forever home where he can continue being the centre of attention.

They are:

  • Neutered

  • Microchipped

  • Treated to prevent fleas and worms
